You can book directly with us via bank transfer or Paypal and save on any fees that are now charged to travellers from websites like Airbnb and HomeAway / VRBO
Alternatively if you prefer additional security and peace of mind, you can send us a booking request via one of the below listings. They will handle the booking independently and can also process credit card payments securely and will also offer extras such as insurance. Please be aware that they may charge commission and extra fees.

Prices are in Euros per week, usually from Saturday to Saturday. We can be flexible on changeover dates subject to availability.

Minimum stay of 4 nights.

The property is rented out as a whole unit, so you will have private and exclusive use of the Palazzo and its grounds.

The price includes electricity, gas for hot water and cooking, wifi access, use of hot tub, linen, towels, kitchen utensils & cutlery.

There is a small cleaning fee of €50 per booking. Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay for €40 .

For parties of 5 or more guests, there is a charge of EUR 6 per person per night.

Heating during colder months is provided via central heating system.

Click on the period you wish to reserve for yourself (please consider that rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday). Other periods can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Fill in the request form. After that, we will receive an automatic e-mail from you with your requested dates.

We will confirm your booking by sending you an e-mail with our conditions (these are standard), and a form that you should complete, sign and return with proof of payment of the required 30% deposit via bank transfer within five (5) working days.

As soon as we have received your deposit payment we will send you a receipt.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before your holiday, or can be paid upon arrival only by prior mutual agreement.

A returnable security/damage deposit of €300 payable in cash is due on arrival. The security/damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent, but is fully refundable provided no damage is done to the property or any of its contents.

In the case of cancellation there will be charges depending on the timing: Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or €100, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit of 30%. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent and these will be fully explained in your booking form before you commit to the booking.
Tourist Tax:
Please note that we are legally obliged to collect the following Tourist Tax on behalf of the Government:
EUR 2,00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights.
Children under the age of 10 are excluded.
